The patient was a 13 year-old gial who had suffwewd from bronchial asthma since the age of one She suffered two severe asthma attack with consciousness loss. 1st at 10 year-old, 2nd at 13 year-old. All severe attack could be recovered within 01
days by
intravenous administration of isoproterenol and mechanical vetilation. So we presented with brief review of the literatures.
